AccuCount Bookkeeping, LLC provides structured bookkeeping and financial reporting support to nonprofit organizations and mission-driven service businesses.

Founded by Eric Pease and Olivia Holland, AccuCount was created to offer a practical alternative to hiring part-time accounting staff. Many organizations need reliable monthly financial oversight but do not require — or cannot justify — a full employee. AccuCount delivers consistent, defined bookkeeping services without the payroll burden, training cycle, or turnover risk.

Eric has experience working in nonprofit accounting environments that involve restricted and unrestricted fund tracking, government voucher submissions, and coordination with executive leadership and external accountants. The focus is on clean reconciliations, timely reporting, and maintaining financial clarity for decision-makers.
